The first assembly Kodi for Android smartphones, tablets, media players and other devices, was released more than two years ago, but so far this application was available for download from the Google Play Store. Rectify this gap decided one of the developers of XBMC, created a fork (branch) apps, received the name SPMC.
Download Google Play store SPMC is free, and this is in addition to the convenience of installing an application gives us another advantage: the automatic update feature of Google Apps.
Thus, You can now install the SPMC to their friends or relatives on the Android console and when you release updates, you no longer have to go to them and install the new version of Media Center.

After a long sleep, SPMC is back following (another) Team Kodi internal fighting 😉
As far as I’m concerned, Nvidia Shield has basically cornered the market, so is my main development device. More generally, Android TV devices, amlogic devices and Amazon FireTV might be getting some love 😉
